General Terms and Conditions

The present General Terms and Conditions contain the rights and obligations of Baltadobálás Kft. (registered office: 1052 Budapest, Aranykéz utca 3. pince, company registration number: 01-09-429280, tax number: 32535130-2-41) and those utilizing the service presented on the Baltadobálás Kft. website.

Definitions

• GTC: The present General Terms and Conditions. The Service Provider is entitled to unilaterally modify it, but is obliged to immediately publish it on the website.
• User: The registered user of the service.
• Parties: Service Provider (Operator) and the User.
• Axe Throwing / Game: The service published on the website.
• Portal: https://baltadobalas.hu
• Booking: Making an appointment via the Portal, phone, or email.
• Program Location: 1074 Budapest, Dohány utca 30/A
• Payment: On-site in cash, by bank card, SZÉP card, or gift voucher.
• Voucher: Gift certificate.
• Ad Hoc Discount: Promotions, sweepstakes, etc.

1. Booking Viewing the Portal and booking are not subject to registration.
2. The Booking Process Booking is possible on the Portal, by email, or by phone.Registration is not required.An email confirmation will be sent about the booking. Only a confirmed booking is valid.Payment is made on-site, before the game, in cash, by bank card, SZÉP card, or voucher.
3. Cancellation of Booking Cancellation of the booking is possible by phone or email.
4. Force Majeure If the Service Provider cannot provide the booked appointment, a new one will be offered.No compensation is due in case of vis major (force majeure).If the game is interrupted due to a violation of the rules, there is no refund.
5. Conditions of Participation Everyone participates in the game at their own risk.Persons under the age of 12 may only participate with an adult escort.Participation under the influence of alcohol or mind-altering substances is prohibited.The game cannot start after a 30-minute delay.In case of intentional damage, the User is obliged to compensate for the damage.

7. Validity of Vouchers Valid for 4 months from the date of issue.Can be extended upon request.Can be purchased on-site or online.Payment: cash or bank transfer.

9. Acceptance of the GTC By finalizing the booking, the User accepts the GTC.

12. Governing Law, Enforcement of Rights The law of the Service Provider’s registered office shall govern. The Parties shall first attempt a peaceful settlement, and failing this, they stipulate the exclusive jurisdiction of the court located at the Service Provider’s registered office.
13. Language Used The GTC has been prepared in Hungarian and English. In case of discrepancies, the Hungarian version shall prevail.
14. Validity This GTC is effective from November 7, 2019.
